Jean-Luc was President for Independence Technology, a Johnson & Johnson company specializing in state-of-the-art rehabilitation technology based in New-Jersey. He started with Medtronic as a Senior VP, President for Asia-Pacific based in Tokyo and Singapore. Previous to that he was with Medtronic as Executive VP, Group President Int’l with a $8.0B P&L.

Jean-Luc was previously Corporate VP and President International Baxter responsible for all international operations managing a $8.2B P&L based in Chicago. In 2014 he was awarded the Public Service Medal (Friend of Singapore) by the President of Singapore. He was a steering committee member on the Singapore’s government’s CFE (Committee for the Future Economy) and as co-chair with Minister Iswaran on the sub-committee for Future Growth Industries and Markets He served as a board member of the Singapore EDB (Economic Development Board of Singapore), Finance Committee Chair. Was an advisor for the NRF Singapore (National Research Foundation). He previously served as a Senior Advisor to the McKinsey’s Health Care practice. The NMRC (National Medical Research Council).The Singapore DxD (The Diagnostic Development Hub).Several healthcare start-ups in Asia and Europe.Chair of the Compensation and Corporate Development Committee and Audit Committee member. He provides guidance, support and expertise in broad areas of health care that cover: a) understanding issues and providing solutions around awareness, access and affordability of health care b) advising both public and private healthcare stakeholders about business model innovation c) solving key issues and/or capturing key opportunities in the global health care market place d) aligning organizations around key strategies, operational efficiencies, financial goals and talent management. After more than 30 successful years working for major US healthcare companies Jean-Luc is now a global healthcare advisor.
